Yesterday was my last day at my job for the last 8+ years. I didn't get emotional until I left my "farewell" lunch today. It hit me. I am going to go from being completely confident in what I do to being completely challenged. I will again have to start the process of proving myself and my capabilities. It's terrifying but great all that the same time. The amount of support I have received has been amazing.
Next week I begin the task of boxing our things. Hopefully we have a place to move into before the end of next week. Only time will tell.
For now, I leave you with a quote I love:
"I wish I went to my High School reunion, but I was growing out my bangs. I'm always growing out my bangs. Don't get bangs."
